4,000 calories is pretty high try aiming for
4,500 to 5,500 but with good clean foods and your weekly added cheat meal.
but keep an eye on your bodyfat % if it starts to get abit sloppy, ease off afew 100 calories till it looks like it droppin back abit but keep an idea on how much calories are having when it starts to get abit sloppy and to when it doesnt, this will give you an idea on how much u wanna eat daily.
compared to before i have been eating pretty clean, i feel alot better too, ive been taking all my supp and i fixed my training routine completely right now i feel so much bigger i honestly do, today i was posing and idk i thought i looked great, my side chest and front DB was IMO amazing, i dont like to sweat myself im not a cocky person but im proud of where im at now from where i was before, do you think i should stay with fish and just add another meal to get about 4500 calories??? cause i dont wanna cook for fucking 20 minutes thats too long i usually dont sit down for more than 5 minutes to eat and steak will take me forever, the chicken breast i had today took me about 20 minutes lol
i would say remove one of your fish meals and add a meat meal, such as beef, or a chicken meal, 20 minutes isnt long,
takes me like 5 minutes to eat steak or chicken :keke:
dont forget u can always cook afew slices of beef or chicken for 2 - 3 days
dont get me wrong fish is a great source of protein to have, but u wanna add abit more beefy / high calorie like meat or chicken in one of your meals, can also add nuts to some of your meals for the extra cals aswel, or even 1 teaspoon of olive oil when cookin ur meat
