done eating this:

Max you are jacking up the palumbo diet big time. Dont add the egg whites and you need to add 2 more meals. Also where are your vegetables and why arent you adding a fish meal? You are not doing the palumbo diet you are doing a dumb version of it. Also you need to be doing like 2 hours of cardio on this diet.
Also if Palumbo was doing this for him he would reccomend the same thing as me. Also have you seen makes he needs to up the low intensity cardio big time on this diet.
