not sure when this was, but from his looks is say this year and somewhat far out from the mr o. so yeah its not like shredded up nearing contest shape stuff but enough to make those phil fans crazy seeing what he's gonna bring.

As unreal as it was at all the size Phil packed from 06 to 07, it's even more crazy how much he packed on from 07 to 08. Gets bigger and better every year.
