Back ! right now i got a higher body fat than the other pics. this winter I will try to put on some size and next spring i will start dieting.
Right now I try go get more width on my back and bigger quads+calves.
day 1: Quads+calves+triceps
day 2: Back thickness+abs
Day 3 : Chest and sholders
Day 4: Hams+calves
Day 5: back width+abs and I do deadlifts in this workout.

then i did 2 more exercises that i have no idea how to say in english but i will look it up!
Triceps extension (rope) :

Extension Dumbbell :
17,5kg / 10 10

and at the last set i did small benchpresses just to pump my triceps out.
Bw+40kg / 15
bw+60kg / 12
bw+80kg / 10
Then I did 10 sets of calves exersises (superset)
