awesome vid man. kai was a good/interesting poser back then as well. i'll still take his creative unorthodox routines anyday over some of the boring dull routines we see from so many pros today.

cool vid for sure and I agree with Dual.. I used to knock him but now i really appreciate his posing routines after seeing some of what others have to offer.. also Franco looked pretty damn good there..

Cassie ripped that beat because if you listen its not Cassie singing. It sounds like Rkelly.

Its interesting to see the progress in growth. Kai is just a great bbuilder imo. What interested me even more is...Kai claimed to be natural. I highly doubt that he was here though.

i think this video is edited.. you will notice that his just a really great dancer, any music you play it looks good on him! yeah this is from 1999, theres no way they can edit the banner at the back.. but the music is edited
