saw that stuff at GNC
expensive. but it should be good.

Never tried it, personally. Never sold much of it when I worked GNC either. *Shrugs* If possible, see if you can get a sample before buying it.

i do take my protein shack with dextrose. was asking if it has better bio-value than normal whey protein?
