Hello all

Apologies if this has been asked before but i can't seem to find any answers. I usually have 3-5 scrambled egg whites with 1 egg yolk, the carton says the eggs contain 10g if boiled each, wondering if this is reduced if scrambled? Also similar predicament with lean steak, would the protein content be reduced if i pan fried them rather than grilling?

Any advice would be really appreciated.

Protein content generally doesn't change as the cooking process is meant to denature the protein. This action is what makes the food safe to eat as you denature the bacteria's (etc) protein essentially killing them.

^ Good post. Cook your eggs, otherwise you're only obtaining 60-70% of the albumin.
