Cardio - 4 days this week, 2 days of high intensity
Most of the calorie drop came from carbs, with small drops in fat/protein. Switched tablespoon of natty peanut butter for a tablespoon of flax seed oil.
whast up gentlemen....sorry i haven't been very active i just finished up with finals last week so i'm planning on posting a lot more......I just took some pics 14 weeks out i just need to get my g/f to email them 2 me so i can post em! i'm right at 230lbs in them........and dridderz i was j/p baby boy u know i got mad love 4 u
hey fools! sry i haven't been able ot post more pics...i actually have pics from 14 weeks out and 13 weeks out.....i just need to get them off of my g/f's camera! Not any significant changes, like Flex said i've been having sum issues dropping weight even though i'm sticking to the game plan and increasing cardio/dropping cals........it's unbelievabley frustrating but hopefully we can get that under control
