Am I missing something here but how does 10 oz chicken and 2 cups of rice (meal No3) have 176g carbs and 100g protein and 10 oz of steak and 2 cups of rice (meal No2) has 88g carbs and 83g protein?!:wutyousay:

Muscletech is hilarious with there bullshit numbers....I mean even Jay in the video says for example in meal 3 he has 10oz chicken and 2 cups white rice Jay says " thats roughly 60g protein and 100g carbs" which is correct, yet they write down on the muscletech site its 100g protein and 176g carbs lol

lol, good call by everyone noticing MuscleTech's BS on the numbers, it's crap like this which keeps them being respected by many in the training community (although, it also makes them sell product, which I'm sure is what they care about much more).

It's a pretty good bulking diet though.
