Phil Heath training clips from MET-Rx back in 2006 i think. Possibly some of them are a repost, but i've found only the bicep training vid already posted, and i thought it would be better to have all of them in one thread

Day 2: BACK AND BICEPS
Day 3: LEGS
Day 4: SHOULDERS AND ABS
MAXIMUM LIFTS IN THE GYM:
1. BENCH PRESS: 505
2. SQUAT: 585
3. DEADLIFT:675
4. BARBELL CURLS:205
LEG PRESS 1000 X 60 REPS
BENCH PRESS 225 X 46 REPS
