Phil Heath ASC 2007 vs 2008

i thought it could be a good comparison, let me know what you think

as you can see some of the pics are different in size, and the front lat spread is from the finals (i couldn't find front lat spread at the prejudging in 08)

anyway here are the comparisons:

in my opinion he has improved greatly, condition is slightly better in 07 but he's bigger in 08.. overall the 2008 ASC Phil Heath is better imo :hsughr:

his chest seems a bit smaller in 2008, while everything else is bigger. i like 2008 overall.

IMO back is the only bodypart that has improved noticeably. 07 his conditioning is a bit drier.

I can't pass those obliques... :uhoh2:

Those arms sure like to grow! You really have to look close to notice the improvements but after all, it was only a year and to make any noticeable improvements after a year at this level is fantastic. He has a little more ham hang in that side chest shot and he did a great job at bringing up the back.

More chest thickness, a lot more back width and thickness in 08. His arms are also a bit bigger.

The ONLY thing I don't like, is that his obliques got wider, and look a bit like muscular love handles. Besides that, everything is better in 08.

back has improved greatly for sure, specially' the lower back.
yea man, he did look drier in 07' but 08' size came outta no where!

just found some new pic with Phil from Mr.O 08 on muscletime, and i post them here too see the difference from 08 ASC to 08 Mr O.

If he's not Mr. O in the next 2 years, there's something terribly wrong. It's crazy to say he didn't place 2nd in this years Mr. O; he looks unstoppable.

Exactly, especially those 08' Ironman pics. They impressed me just as much as Ronnie's 03' Mr O pics. He looked unbeatable in those pics.

Great comparisons man, dude hes exactly the same just bigger, and i mean that in a good way, i mean who do u see hold the same condition when there smaller when there bigger aswell, just amazing, look at his 08 lat spread, his lowerback errectors are crazy, hes amazing...i think he should have won mr.O this year but know with vic coming back i want vic to win atleast one this 09 then phil can have the rest if he wants..lol.
