i like to give arms its own day so i can focus on bis tris only without expending energy and whatnot on other bodyparts
defiently going to do ladder on the next workout. they say dont do triceps with any other body part except biceps if ur a beginner so u can focus on getting a tricep and ur whole arm looks better
