Horrid form heh? Why, because they are partial range? Perhaps u should ask why before making assumptions. Heavy partials are not only safer than full ROM but activate more muscle fibre's and prevent ending up in a dangerous position (heavily arched spine) without a competent spotter! As for the hooks - they are a great idea as they allow U to go for ur last rep knowing that you only have to hook them on the bar and not clear them to the floor or from the floor. F***ing quality. He is the sort of bell end who goes out socially and runs his mouth as if he were a high leveled bodybuilder, and gives the rest of the bodybuilding a bad reputation. Im 3 X his size and my barbell shrugs are only slightly heavier.

I can recommend him a good chiropractor as im sure his spine will be twisted left, right and centre

As for the guy - obviously clueless, but I don't see why he shouldn't use straps when doing step-ups? I do that as well since my grip will tire way before my legs, straps allows me to use a way heavier load which is quite an advantage when bodybuilding. But I agree that you shouldn't be using straps for everything - that's just stupid.

I just watched all of his youtube videos: 46 of them. This guy is the biggest fucktard ever. He thinks he's a pro. His form is awful in every video, he never does full range movements, he always uses straps instead of holding the weight, his leg exercises are a fucking joke etc etc etc. An even bigger incompetant fucktard hired this guy as a personal trainer. OMFG.:xmaswtfgay:
