Chest: One of my top 3 bodyparts- Very full top to bottom, low inserts
Back: Again stronger part, low lat inserts
Shoulders: Need more width, not very good
Traps: Very weak, never trained them since the beginning
Triceps: All three heads visible, pretty happy
Biceps: No peak, but decent size
Forearms: Ok, small wrists so they look ok
Legs: Nice Quads, very good hammys
Glutes: Sick, ive been complemented many times on my ass ;)
Abs: Very dencent 5pack, 6th coming along, obliques nearly visible
Shape: I like my shape, i have long amrs though
Mass: Could do with a lot lot more
Symmetry: Like everyone, not so good
Conditioning: Very pleased with it, never stepped over the 10% mark i think
Dong: 10 inches
Chest: Awesome structure although I got alot of pec fat to burn.
Back: Great Lat and mid back development.
Shoulders: Boulder like, although just a mass lacking any real cuts.
Traps: Best muscle in my opinion structure can easily be seen cutting from front to back.
Triceps: great mass, but needs scuptling.
Biceps: awesome can somewhat notice the bicep and tricep seperation, and the "peak" but too much fat to notice distinctively.
Forearms: Massive, and needs more vascularity.
Legs: Quads and hammies have no shape or cuts, but exetremly powerful.
Calves: no comment
Glutes: no comment.
Abs: no where near having abs too much fat.
Shape: Heath-ish with 40 - 50 lbs. of fat.
Mass: im am nothign but mass and fat.
Symmetry: Great symmetry.

Looking at this pic it looks like I got a pillow under my shirt..... fucking disgusting, I look like a stay puffed chocolate fucking marshmellow man.
and now about 3 weeks ago from today I beleive.
Chest:Thick ,wide.One of my best bodyparts.
Back: wide,thick lats but need to improve my lowerback.
Shoulders:Wide ,but i need more rear delts.
Traps:Thick ,but need more between the scapulars.
Triceps:Big ,byt could be bigger.
Biceps:Probably my best bodypart.
Forearms: Dont care..
Legs:Big quads ,but my hammies are horrible.
Calves:Big..hardly need to even train them
Glutes:Baby got back
Abs:Good..i tell you more when i see all of them.
Shape:Good i guess.My muscles look pretty round.
Symmetry:Could be better..little wide hips,but im glad that my shoulders are too.

Good or bad musclegroups..not happy with any of them.Need to improve.
I like every body part on me except my calves. No matter what I do they won't catch up to everything else. They are not small, but not in proportion. Other than that I would like thicker or deeper abs. My abs are shallow and even in contest condition they don't look great. Other than triceps that pop out a bit more I am happy.
I don't feel like filling that whole thing out, I feel I have built a rather proportional physique (minus calves) that I am proud of and happy with.
