I had a really good shoulder workout today. It was short, sweet, and to the point lulz. I did it really quick today and I think it made it better.

Edit: I also did about 30 mins of cardio. I was SOOOO exhausted after i got done too.
Tomorrow is back day and Will is coming in town. Its going to be great.
