Well i did back today and it was awesome. It was a great workout. Me and Will had an awesome back day like always.
365x1(PB)couldnt do the 5 so i took of the 25lb plates and finished with 315
This machine....still dont know the name

I also did some abs, calves, and ran about 20-25 mins.
Tomorrow is arm day.
