I didnt do shoulders wednesday or arms yesterday so I combined shoulder and bi's today.

^^thanks samoan. yea i could have gone a little heavier on military press but i usually dont do arms with my shoulders so i wanted to keep it a little lighter. i love BB shrugs. ive been doin 495 but my lower back was hurting really bad so i didnt want to go any heavier. i know a bunch of excuses but thats my story and im sticking to it lulz
