lots of arm work bro..18 sets of triceps and 12 sets of biceps? thats just too much.. cut it down a bit.. i did the same stuff at the beginning, it just overworks.. i cut it down to 8 sets for biceps and 10-11 sets for triceps and these suckers start to grow like weed now give it a try.. but 18 and 12 sets are def. too much...
