Well i did back today and it was awesome. It was a great workout. Me and Napol3onator had an awesome pump in our back after we got done.

nice find jermy on that maching we used last. Fuck ya that was a good workout, but I like sunday so much better. Maybe some weeks we could switch shoulders and back up just so it could be different. I'll start a damn log after this Sunday; gotta start on chest biyatch!
I'm going to throw another suggestion out there, again about deadlifts... you should try doing them properly heavy with reduced reps. Maybe a 5x5 session, or 6x4. Heavy deads make you grow like a beast. Do them without straps if you want awesome grip too.
Well today i did arms. It was really a terrible workout. I worked out with one of my buddies who hasnt worked out in about a month or so. He was just getting back in it so we didnt stay very long and he was just doing a little bit of everything. I did some arms but not very much. Sorry guys for not having any weights or reps i will try better next week on my arm workout.
