I am not the strongest, but I wanted start a log anyways. I just got back in the gym after my "Christmas break".
I got in the gym a little late today and had to rush my workout since they closed at 6:00.

I know they arent to impressive but I'm trying my best.

I just started a cycle of M-drol a week ago so hopefully I can get some good gains from that.

If yall have some advise on how to make my workouts better let me know.

Edit: and Napol3onator was my spotter. is that better will?

well i did something not so smart last night. i started drinking with some buddies and i got a little drunk. i didnt go to bed until about 3:30 this morning and had to get up at 6 am to go to work. well i ended up getting sick at work so i came home early. im fixin to take a nap and rest so i can go to work and then workout tomorrow. so today turned into my off day.

my tip: always change your exercises each week :tiphat:
example: barbell bench press to dumbell bench press

thanks guys. yea i thought it was about time to start a log.
well i woke up this morning still feeling like shit. this sucks so bad. i have been in bed all fucking day wishing that i could go work out. i dont know if im going to be able to make it into the gym tomorrow either. it really sucks being sick.
well i will keep yall updated.

well an update i just woke up and im feeling alot better but just to make sure that i dont hurt myself im going to take today off too and try to get back in the gym tomorrow.
Lionheart i would be a little scared if those were in kgs too.
Samoan i wish i was as strong as you are but if it ever happens it wont be for a long time.

Well i just got back from my chest workout. It went ok but it needed to go alot better. This was my first workout in a week because i got really sick last week. I lost a few pounds cause i couldnt eat anything and i just laid in bed all day. So my lifts are not impressive at all. They are worse then last week.

20 years old
6'2"
220lbs.
been training about 3 years now
i think around 20% BF not good but come spring time im going to work on that
