vegeta: thanks i'm trying to get more strength as fast as possible while still trying to keep from getting sore since i'm wrestling right now
samoan: yeah i like the stretching type movements right now as they allow for the muscular endurance that I am looking for right now since I'm wrestling
bambam: I actually wasn't getting too sore but part of that is my muscles were still used to work because of wrestling, and also I think the amount that muscles get stretched during wrestling helped to hold back a lot of the soreness
UPDATE: haven't been able to get to the gym as I got into an accident. FUCK THE PEOPLE WHO DON'T USE THEIR BLINKERS AND SLAM ON THEIR BREAKS WHEN THEY TURN!
on another note though I have been wrestling still, won my last 2 matches the first i was one of two guys to win on my team out of 15 the one tonight (jan 21st) I was one of five guys to win...hope to get my truck back and be back in the gym ASAP
