started with 2 sets of seated dumbells on the incline:
30s x 7 each hand
40s x 7 each hand
preloaded cambered bar: wide grip
60s x 12
70 x 12
standing dumbell hammer curls:
35 x 10
40s x 10
three warmup sets, i dont know the weight, I increased it each time
close grip bench:
135 x 30
245 x 15
preloaded 60s x 20
70s x 20
I gotta admit, I was not happy that i was rushed, but it was okay...short arm workouts make you have the BIGGEST pump ever,so thats good!
Well, I will get bored tomorrow, so hopefully cardio wont hurt me too much:)

so I did 45 quick for like 30 reps .
-started with 135x 15

335 x 3 (pb again i guess you could say lul)
50s x 12
70 x 12 i think
100s- dont ask why, but i didn't put enough leg kick in getting them up, so i dropped them and didn't even do another incline set haha, b/c i wanted to conserve energy for flat dumbells.
50s x a lot
130s: I was disappointed because you know how when you grip the dumbell not close enough to the end and it feels like the weight is coming down inward ? I did that...just a hair off of my normal grip, but it changed the set WAY MUCH...so i did 9 reps
2 plates x 25
4 plates x maybe the same
50 x muchos
60 x muchos
30 rep bodyweight
40 rep bodybweight (im doin dips from now on; best pump ever) Im going for 80 next week :)
just one kinda big set with a lot of reps at 110 lbs..probably 30 reps.
Great workout overall , but i have a question:
-My gym doesn't have dumbells that go up past 130..If I buy some wrist weights ( like 5 and 10 lbs a wrist), could that be the same as 140s and 150s on dumbells, or would the mechanics not be the same? Thanks, b/c I really wanna use higher dumbs.:) until tomorrow, 135 squat time baby!

the Burn and Pump from dips are awesome i havent done them in such a long time tho

Wouldn't worry about buying wrist weights will,
just concentrate on form once you reach the heaviest dumbell with a good squeeze
Also this is just my thought, but i believe your doing way to many exercises for chest.
You start off with Barbell bench press
then go into incline dumbells
then back to dumbell flat bench press
then to pec deck, then into cable crossovers
Just my opinion
Either dumbell flat or barbell bench press then Incline barbell or incline dumbell
3 - 4 sets of either exercise then if you want add another exercise just for fly movement.
Also at the start just do 3 or so warm up sets on your starting exercise then jump straight into your heavy sets throughout the rest of your workout with no more warm ups
