I think he was trying to bench @ 420 pounds. Really fucked up his chest for good! You can notice in the latest Rambo movie how he is pretty big but chest was weak as f*ck!

Even if he is the monkey juice it takes a lot of training and proper dieting to achieve such a physique at that age!
