Huge man. I know it's pretty retarded to ask, but how much you bench/squat ?
I want to know how much brain damage I'd receive if you punched/kicked me.
Never really maxed out on any lifts, but the heaviest I ever go on bench is 315lb which I'll do for about 8, squats 405lb for 6 and deads 500lb for 3. And I've never puched/kicked anybody before, and hope I never have to, but being that I'm now bouncing at a club on Panama City Beach for Spring Break it's only a matter of time until it happens.
