Then while the blender is on add 1-2 teaspoons of psyllium husk(should be like 5 bucks for a pound which is alot...)
then add Splenda or stevia and cinnamon if thats what your into..
the rest is like a regular pancake cook over high or med heat and flip when the edges are brown...
