Its that time again, I am updating my IPOD and wondering if you guys have any new music for the gym. It can be any type of music as long as it gets you pumped up. If you have a compilation that you would like to upload and share, well hell that would be even better. I am still listening to the compilation of MM.com video music that Tech put together. Anything would be great!

Agreed with the old man here. I listen to metal for the leg and back day especially lol, and for the rest, nothing else its better than some DMX and 2Pac songs. (blame Pain for that, esp for DMX - lord give me a sign, BORC rulez :linedrunk:
