thanks flex. i hope to improve on my reps with this so i will be doing it again. but i do alternate my heavy week and "light" week with quads. the only difference between the two is a day with lower reps and a day with higher reps, they're still to failure so you could consider them both heavy but i like seperating them this way.

Sorry, nothing will ever top Blinger Squats "especially for those who saw the original thread".
Background info: on another fitness forum, a highschooler (Blinger) asked for advice because his bench was stuck at 200 lbs, yet his squat was an incredible 580 lbs at 17 yrs old! When he was called out about it, he became infuriated and insisted that he could, in fact, squat that much, and he would post a video the same day to prove it and shut all the haters up. Later that evening, he posted that he had failed at 580 but he did manage to squat 500 for 2 reps and got it on video. Here is the result....
