Your ALT is sky high, you're well above the 95th percentile. (1).

Chloride isn't that bad. Urea/Uric acid is high out of the normal range, HDL is on the low end of normal but not that bad.

Are you by chance taking/have took any oral anabolics?

i heard that urea is usually high in bodybuilders (not that i can be classied as one yet)

what do you think about the ALT?
i dont smoke/drink alcohol/take any sort of drugs, i just have a high protein intake and if it will help i`m 6ft 4
i`m really freaking out about the ALT, i`m reading lots of stuff and it aint making me feel better. gonna go check it out

Post diet, weight and BF levels.

I'm betting your blood pressure is pretty ordinary too.

The ALT was what led to my questioning if you were taking an oral anabolic, even something like Havoc, maybe. You often head of people having "elevated liver enzymes" during a oral cycle, and this is one of those enzymes.

That is strange, especially if you don't drink or take drugs. Is your bodyfat high? Regardless, I'd advice trying to drop some fat (if you do have a few extra lbs), lessen the protein (and calories, in general), and try and boost your HDL cholesterol. (fibrates, salads with olive oil/vinegar should help).

My roomate went in for blood tests on his 4th week of havoc and he just had ever so slightly elevated ALT levels. Nothing to sweat at all for him. Take IS' advice.

Yes, but I'd thing I'd rather be in the position of your roommate, knowing what the probable major cause was. It's kinda strange that chewie's is so high, without any of the risk behaviors.

Might be that your just eating too much protein. Cut down to a minimal amount and replace with other macros and then retest. Urea is high because of the high protein intake, if you have high urea for a long time from eating a high protein diet all the time you could get Gout and that is when uric acid crystals form inside of your joints which is painful as hell.

I had for years:

ALT: 72 (0-45
AST: 75 (0-45)
Urea: 8.0

I then decided to fix it. I lost some weight, reduce protein intake considerably (was eating way to much), starting doing some juice fasting, employed a complete liver supplement for detoxification (LivaTone Plus) and it all went down.

Any time liver enzymes are elevated is because your liver is working overtime to detoxify something in your body whatever that may be. Other reasons could be insulin resistance and Hep B, Hep C. So seeing a liver specialist is not a bad idea.

Note: liver enzymes would get to about 800 if your liver was going to fail dont sweat the slight increase. I assume your normal range on the labs is like mine? you didnt give us any ranges to go by.

Great post MetalMX!

I think you should just lose some weight and ease off the protein, along with the fibrates/monounsaturated fats..... then get it taken again.
