legs felt great was happy with the 22 plates Leg Press
tommorow is my day off, monday i hit some chest
i do small muscles like biceps, triceps, abs, calves in one workout !!
but when it comes to big muscles like chest, back, legs i like to do it in one day by itself !!! this way i can kill it :D
