I'm posting my diet to get some feeback from yall. Every suggestion is appreciated!

here it goes:

Meal 1
BCAAs+Creatine
100g of oats with a banana
300ml of Eggwhites (I'm gonna make another thread abou this)

Meal2
250ml egg protein shake (23g protein, 0% each and they pretty cheap, i'll post pics later.)
80-100g of corn flakes

Meal 3
(30min before - BCAAs)
Fish/Meat
Potatos/ rice

Meal 4
Carb and Protein shake
half chiken breast sandwich

Meal 5 (usually pre W)
BCAA's+Creatine + NO
yougurt with 70-80 g oats

Meal 6 (post W)
Whey shake+ vitargo+creatine

Meal7
Soup (lots of veggies)
Beef/chiken
Rice/pasta

Meal 8
80g oats
apple
2 slices of bread

oh and the diet looks good man, i would discard the cornflakes though, oats or whole grain bread is better, also u should go with a protein source as well in ur last meal instead of just carbs.

you're right Maka.. but by money issues I prefer other sups.

But I eat one yolk almost every day.. and eat salmon very regularly, peanutbutter too..

one yolk and the ocassional slamon.peanutbutter isnt enough for healthy fats..eat more good fats, nuts for example

I like nuts.. but I don't usually eat them..

1tbs peanutbutter


that's the adjustments I made from my diet above. I added the yogurt with oats to meal 4 to make more time between the pre workout meal and the workout, driking only Bcaa's 15 min before.
added rice cakes to diet also.

I went from 8 meals to 7 . This way I'm getting more consistent meals, more complete, and not load my stomach with work so much. I'm eating every 2 hours and feeling better.

Just try to add some oily fish,nuts or nut butters,flax seed etc...

As i do not really like oily fish i just supplement with omega 3 fish oil caps,i take around 8-10 each day.
