I would actually cut back some on lifting before the comp. Just focus on your form arch back, keep butt down, and push with your feet to get extra drive.
Another thing to think of is to practice having someone tell you "Lift" and "Rack" because if you dont do it on their command you will be scratched.
today i will list some things that i would have canged in my cycle.
1. would not have dieted down so much before cycle.
2. next time will use a shorter ester test.
3. i had the chance to add dbol to it and didn't. every person i talked to say just one compound but my gain would have started sooner.
4. also i think that next time i will go longer on cycle with the long esters. (15-20 weeks)
so four things i MIGHT change for next time not so bad. also i had a chance to talk to my family Doc. i told him what i was doing and what i have done in the past (as far PHs and PSs). i thought that if i had to do one or the other that AAS were far safer. he said that phs are super hard on the body. i think they also might impacted the way the AAS's affected my body.
