Dextrose?

Just curious how many people use Dextrose post-workout. How good is this stuff, how do you think it compares to waxi?

I use Vitargo

and it is far better than dextrose in absortion and quality carbs.

Vitargo is the way to go.

That stuff looks pretty good. I've seen a lot of people do 50g dextrose + 50g malto before. Personally, I like 50g NOW dextrose on a cut and 100g on a bulk.

ON Whey and dextrose is heaven.

Dextrose is just fine, its actually corn sugar, get it real cheap at your local BULK BARN.. like a few bucks for pounds of it.

Hey Serb, what do you think is better quality the dextrose, or the carbo gain product I posted above. Either way I'd just be mixin this with my whey for post-workout.

i think dextrose is just fine, if you want to add other stuff like creatine and glutamine to it then fine.. i just use straight up dextrose and i get great results from it.
