dextrose + creatine + beta alanine + arginine etc
must of pre workout drinks are filled with caffeine, i know there are afew good non caffeine pre workout drinks out there ill grab some of their names
research shows 5g of BCAA's 15-30 min prior to training and 15g of whey with fast acting carbohydrates during training. Personally I do a mixture of aminos with gatorade powder for before and during training.
