Me too but I never managed to watch that movie all the way through when I was a kid. So, I didn't include it in my list. I watched it not too long ago and found it to be pretty boring.

Mulholland Drive

I am still thinking about that damn thing and I saw it years ago. I am still trying to figure it out. I should watch it again.

Movies that have stuck in my head:
Watchmen (more to do with the source material than the movie though)
Full Metal Jacket
The Matrix (that blew my mind the first time i saw it)
Alien
The Exorcist (Scared the crap out of me at the tender age of 5)

Requiem For A Dream (made me feel fucked up and happy to be alive at the same time)
Gladiator (made me feel like fucking courage wolf for days)
Jaws (wasn't able to swim in my pool for YEARS because I thought sharks lived in the dark area, from age 8-11)
American beauty (happy to be alive gain, but with a surreal feel to it, as if dying wouldn't be bad... that feeling stayed with me till now. I'm no longer afraid of dying)

I'll post if I remember MOAR.
