About time I started a log here, and now that Im running havoc (first dosage today) I figured I could use feedback on my diet/training.

Some quick stats first

Height: 5'9
Weight: 180
BF %: 17%

The havoc is being run at 20/30/30/20. For cycle support Im running anabolic innovations cycle support, along with some taurine (both once in the morning and once at night). PCT I have Toremifene, and 3rd week even taper down with novadex xt.

Goal: Gain lean mass

Todays workout: Back and wind up biceps (in lbs)

Deadlifts: 135 (1x20) 225 (1x10) 315 (1x10), 365 (1x8) 135 (1x15)
Pulldowns hammer grip: 120 (2x13) 135 (1x8) 180 (2x6) 120 (1x12)
Dumbell rows: 30 (1x15) 45 (1x12) 65 (1x12) 70 (1x8) 100 (2x10) 50 (1x10)
Barbell Curls: 45 (1x20) 95 (3x8) 55 (3x21s)
Preacher Curls: 65 (2x10), 85 (2x8), 35 (1x15)
Pullups: Bodyweight to failure (4sets)

Daily nutritional intake:
Protein: 215 grams
Carbs: 280-305 grams
Fats: 70-90 grams

What are ur goals, 1rm max's etc?

Got real fat during bulk :bitenails: now im just hoping to add as much lean mass as possible before cutting down mid summer.

First week of havoc done, up five pounds. Lifts are up but im also bloated like a mother fucker, might not be the havoc but all the extra carbs ive been consuming for the bulk :turborun:
