Ok Guys I start cycle tommorrow so I'm really excited to get this underway. This will be my very first PH cycle and Log so bear with me please if I dont get the log exactly the way it's suppose to be. I wont be posting macros for my diet because eating in the chow hall I dont really know what ingrediants or anything they put in.. In Iraq I'm limited!!!! I'll post my daily routine and how I feel and etc..... Starting off, I'll post my cycle. Then My training split. Also, every bit of constructive criticism is welcome. I know I'm bound to screw up somewhere along the way so please let me know if you see anything I can do different to better the cycle. Appreciate It!! :headbang:

Hdrol- 75/75/75/75/75/75 (4:15am, 11am, 5pm)
cycle Support- 2 scoops daily
hawthorn berry- 1100mg 3 times a day
Cranberry Ext- 1400mg 3 times a day
Taurine- 4g 30 minutes before workout
Orange Triad Multivitamin twice daily
ZMA- before bed
BCAA's- 30 minutes prior to workout and after workout

PCT: Reversitol 3/2/2/1
natty test starting week 3
Green Bulge Creatine
White Flood

My Training split is : Cardio 3 times a week...Either early in the AM or after workout!

I've been training for about 3 years now miamiracing...Fixing to hit my first workout. Shoulders are up today. I'm super excited to get in the gym!!

Today was shoulder/traps. I felt pretty sleepy through out the day. I didn't have much energy in the gym today, I was so use to using my NO for energy. I took some BCAA's and a half a gatorade and that brought my energy level up some. Overall, I think I had a good workout. After my workout, I competed in a deadlift competition and placed 2nd again!!!!! The guy beat me by 5 fkn pounds!!! Anyhow, on to my lifts...

Weight: 184.4

Behind head military press: 135lbsX10, 155X8, 165X6, 155X6
Dumbell front raises: 40lbsX10, 45X8, 50X6, 55X4, drop set back to 30lbsX10
Machine Lateral raises: 100lbsX10, 120X8, 120X6, 130X4
Bent Over lateral raises: 20lbsX10, 20X12, 25X8, 25X8

Traps:
Trap Bar Shrug: 135lbsX15, 225X12, 285X10, 315X8
Close Grip upright row: 95lbsX10, 115X10, 135X6, 135X6

My front raises went higher poundage than normal but I dont conisder that an effect of h-drol yet. I think I was just so excited to be on cycle...

The deadlift competition here is kinda stupid. Whoever goes last can easily win. All they have to do is up you in poundage and knock you out. So i went 2 and put 4 plates and a 25 on each side. Repped it out like it wasn't nothing.. Then the last guy put 4 plates, a 25, and 2 1/2 on each side..and fkn WON!!! I was really mad...atleast go up another plate or something. It was gay. It's ok though. I'm going to start out with 5 plates next time. I dont think anyone in my gym can get it. So next time I'll be more prepared.

Leg Day...My favorite!! Week 1, Day 2

Sides: none to mention... My right side of my right nipple seems to hurt a little but i think i have an underskin pimple right there.... I can feel the bump itself...Dont think its anything to worry about..hurts like a bitch though... Also, I'm a little irritable.....There was these morons on the squat rack a total of 2 hours tonight and i couldn't squat because of these idiots. really pissed me off.. So i had to settle for leg presses...

Overall, I think I had a great leg workout. i would have loved to have gotten to do squats but I gotta work with whatever is free. I took a nap before my workout and was really groggy...I had to take a caffeine pill to wake me up...Feeling a little tired lately. ZMA is putting me in some deep sleeps..

Tommorrow is biceps/triceps...I'm going to superset..

I love to do squats but we only have 1 squat rack and 1 smith machine in our gym here in Iraq and some assholes literally stayed at the squat rack for 2 hours....the whole duration of my workout. Pissed me off...I wanted to tell them to show some gym etiquette but whatever. I'll get them in next time!

Week 1, Day 3

Today was Arms day. I supersetted biceps/triceps. Overall was a good workout. Had an awesome pump and my strength is definately going up. I'm not sure if its placebo effect or not but like someone said before..Strength is strength!!

Workout:

Dumbell Preacher Curl: 30lbsX10, 40lbsX5, 35X8, drop set-40X5, 35X5, 30X5
Dumbell Skullcrusher: 60lbsX15, 80lbsX12, 100lbsX10, 100lbsX8
EZ Bar Curl: 65lbsX12, 85X12, 85X8, 85X8
Traingle Pushdowns: 160X8, 130X10, 100X12, 100X12
Hammer Curls: 40lbsX10, 40X10, 45X6, 35X10
Reverse tricep pulldown: 80X15, 100X8, 100X8, 60X15
Concentration Curls: 20lbsX15, 20X15, 20x10, 20X10

Halfway during the workout, my left elbow started hurting so I had to go down in weight and just work on volume and feelings the burn.... Was real dissapointed. Thought my elbow was healed but I guess not.

Sides: I dont know if this is a side but for some reason my nipples feel like they are on fire.... I dont know if its the Hdrol or if they are rubbing my shirt too much or if its the new fabric softener i'm using.. Kinda freaking me out..LOL....

Tommorrow is Day off!!

Week 1 Day 5 CHEST Day

I didn't have alot of motivation to hit the gym today but I psyched myself up to get in there. My elbow is still bothering me from arm's day so I felt it alot during the workout and couldn't finish some sets.

Sides: The only thing so far is the whole nipple/breast sensitivity/dull ache. Seems to be subsiding. Only comes in spurts at a time. The last 4 days kinda sucked with it but like i said, seems to be going away. Maybe it was just my harmones acting up getting use to the hdrol??? Maybe??? I have no clue.... Kinda stressed me out at first.

Barbell Bench Press: 185X7, 225X5, 225X5, 185X10
Dumbell Incline Press: 65X8, 70X5, 70X6, 70X6
Decline Barbell Press: 185X10, 135X15, 135X10, 185X10
Fly's: 150X8, 150X8, 120x12, 120X12 drop set to 60X12

Chest isn't my best asset, I'm trying hard to fix that. Always been weak and with my elbow giving me problems, I can't lift like I want to. Hopefully when I get my elbow supports in, I'll be able to lift more. I'm more concerned right now about my nipple/breast area to be honest. Kinda freakin me out..:facepalm:

Back day is tommorrow. I always have a good back day so I'm excited to get in there and hit the weights.
