Details: Supplement Log
Supplements;
Cel: P-Plex & Tren or just P-Plex


P-Plex Dosages
First Day First Week: 20 then rest of week 1 will be 30
20&30/30/30/40

Tren dosages will be 50/50/100/100

But i will most likely just run P-Plex on its own in this cycle and save the other bottles for another time

Nolvadex will be
40/40/20/20
or
20/20/10/10

Support cycle supplements:
CoQ10 50mg Capsules 90
Vitex 1000 Chaste Berry Extract Capsules 60
Milk Thistle 42 tabs
Hawthorn 60 tabs / 1000mg
Taurine

Support cycle supplemets dosages:
Hawthron - 1000mg ED
Milk Thsitle - 1 tablet form
Taurine - 3g - 5g ED Only on lower body days
CoQ10 - 100mg ED
P5P - 200mg split ED( if i add Tren )
Vitex - 800mg split ED( if i add Tren )

Take non-methyls (Tren) with 15-20 EFA. Peanut butter/Flax/Fish Oil. It will help aid absorption

Good on everything. A natty test booster is a great add on/should be used if you run the Tren. Good stuff with the Progestin supports. When exactly you starting it? I've got a BOLD/Phera 8 weeker starting in about a month!

not sure when im going to start the cycle... i really wanna drop some bodyfat even tho i can see top 2 abs when flex an ab/thigh pose, i just wanna be leaner in the mid section but maybe with some pre pictures... it would look different that my bodyfat isn't as much as i think it is


You should start a cycle log for your BOLD/Phera would be great to keep track of your progress

You will be fine with Nolva, but a test booster can definitely help recovery and motivation issues in the gym. I love Anabolic Innovations PCS/Stoked. Perfect dose of everything. I feel you on the lean issue. I've got about 7 more lbs to shed before I start. I plan on logging here and a few other places.

Your cycle looks excellent I also would suggest the p-plex only. I do agree with a natty test booster like Stoked during pct with the nolva. Best of luck.

im going make afew adjustments in my next post, but any valid information from anyone will be helpful

i just dont see any natty test boosters working, thats just my opinion :bitenails:

Maybe in another 3 years when im 25
with more years of training and dieting/aas/ph under my belt
