I did shoulders, stuck to machines and cables since the last few weeks I pounded the shit out of them.
Shoulder cable press machine
150x11(ish) shitty last rep
Side delt cable raises
Reverse Delts pec deck machine
240(? for get the weight)x21 but crappy range of motion towards the end, didn't have any left in me.
315x15 but was losing grip the whole time. Didn't have my straps and got pissed so just left instead of trying and doing the remaining two sets (365,405)
I kept it pretty simple. I used to pound the hell out of my delts for years and they only grew when I ate 7-8 meals a day and was "On". Now I am taking a less is more approrach. Hopefully it works out for me.
Diet was on track again execpt my lunch was the same with a sub but added all you can eat mexican in the middle of the day. Pretty damn tasty and I had energy.
I can feel the heat my body is producing. There is no questions on if the product is doing something. 1-Andro RX is pretty decent so far. We will see if it puts on muscle though.

Diet was on track. Had a sub twice like always, good eggs and toast breakfast, dinner was just chicken and veggies with my shakes in there.
So far so good. Had some good pumps in my forearms. Usually get them when "on". Andro should be working. I am looking tighter for sure.

185x20 (holy crap, I need to do these more often. I could feel my tendons, where they connect to my knees, being stress pretty bad so I call it quits at this weight. Just wasn't used to it)
18x11ish(hands on knees again for last few) LOVE IT!
Leg Ext and Curls
25reps, slow and steady. Talk about burning.
25reps for 3 sets. I did a lot of strecthing, which was needed for each rep.
I did donkey calf raises and sitting calf raises.
I was going to do lunges but decided against it. I am still plenty sore today. I will add them in the weeks to come.
Diet, about the same as usual, but I added a bunch of fresh fruit to the mix.
I felt like crap from the time I worked out. Just tired and beat down from stressing too much.
Lat Pull downs, medium grip
425x12 (decided not to go with 25s on each side but just 10's, didn't want to pull my back muscle again) The reps were killing me though. Usually I would finish off my sets with one last set of like 6-8 at 455 or 495 depending on how long I have been doing deads with out taking a break
Iso-overhead pulldown/row machine
6 1/2x8ish (done and gassed)
