I've been slammed with my wedding and work but I will play a quick catch up.
I did Chest and Tri's and Back and Bi's and then Legs the past three days. I kept hamstrings out of legs but overall my soreness is extreme still from the intensity but recovery is there.
This stuff definitely works! PCT is going to be a must though. My boys downstairs have felt the effects real quick. (3 weeks). Also my skin is a little more oily which is to be expected. Specially since I am taking 6 caps a day.
Deadlifts are still moving up in weight. I am focusing on more reps instead of just finishing at 495x6 I am trying to go with 12 reps.
Chest, its still stretching out. Nothing worth mentioning but my tendons in my left pec kill me and I have to cut back since I don't want to hurt the pec. THe intensity is there though.
Legs are going great. Squats are moving back up real quick. I started with front squats again to see where I am and ended with 275x12 and it was wobbly.
Recovery is going great and the calories are there. I just wish I was getting more veggies.
