So once again I am competing and looking for redemption. The show is on August 22nd and I plan on winning the overall. After speaking with the judges from last years show, they made it very clear that if I come in sliced with my shape and symmetry, that I have a great shot at the overall. Here are some recent shots taken cold. I havent worked out with anyhone for months so I couldnt get any gym shots. I am going to diet for 13 weeks. I know I could come in ripped in less time but I am shooting for completely peeled and I want to leave no chance for anything less.

12 weeks out 3500 calories 50/30/20
10 weeks out 3100 calories 40/40/20
8 weeks out 2800 calories 40/40/20
6 weeks out 2500 calories 40/40/20
4 weeks out 2300 calories 30/50/20
3 weeks out 2100 calories 30/50/20

I will start cardio with just 15 mins following resistance training 3 days a week. at 9 weeks out I will incorporate morning cardio 2 days a week and HIIT on my days off resistance training. At 6 weeks out I will start morning cardio 6 days a week for 35 mins and following resistance training for 20 mins along with my HIIT on days off.

Supps will include:
ON nitro core
Controlled labs purple wraath
Scivation Xtend
Multi vitamin
malto dextrin
fish oil
green tea

I will continue with an upper lower split 4 days a week until about 8 weeks out where I will break into split training 5 days per week. Training will be heavy and hard until the final weeks. Nutrition will be very clean. I pride myself in going the duration of a cut without a single cheat and I will do it again. I must leave no room for error.

Why the drop in protein closer to contest? Or is that Carbs?

I will certainly get some mandatory poses up soon. It was literally taking me 25 mins a pic to load them in tinypic haha. I should have specified that it is a drop in carbs and increase in protein as I near the show. aas and gh are banned in the organization and it will be tested. As far as the weight I plan on coming in at, I am not really sure... I competed at 192 last year and I think I have put on a few pounds of muscle since then but I want to come in a 3-4 pounds more shredded than I was last year. The cut off for light heavy will either be 188.25 or 197.25. So rather than shooting for a weight class, I will just come in as lean as I can and see where I end up!

(Turk OUTTA NOWHERE!) haha how have you been brother, I think those goals you have set for yourself are definitatly achieveable with your work ethic and dedication....make sure u keep us updated! You should put up some pics from last year's show in this thread, maybe some comparisons on stage or even comparions from last year to this year!
