Max, you train really hard but your not showing anything for it.
What do you think could be holding you back from gaining size? Maybe its the constant cut/bulk/cut/bulk/cut/bulk every 2-3 months.
I really (and i honestly mean this) admire your work ethic in the gym but you need to stick to a diet plan for more than a few weeks to see decent results.
Don't take this as an attack as its not. Just being honest.
little update on my cutting: feel good everyday now and seems like my lovehandles are shrinking, been really strict for the past 3 weeks, no cheating or anything like that, last week i only did 1 cardio session, but this week i´ll deff do more close to 5-6, my goal for the december month is to lose most of my love handles rather then hoping to lose any number of weight, my next pics will be in 2 weeks time, so it´s every 3 weeks wich will showcase better fat loss
Your deadlift looks very strong compared to your squat and bench.
