Ok, so my headaches ceased... thank christ. I also decided to harden the fuck up today and not drop the weights like I said I was going to... with positive resultts.
Smolov - Intense phase - Week 3 Day 2
I did some back, trap and Bi work after this.
I dunno what it was... but I felt super strong today. Although the 162.5kg felt heavy, it was much easier than it has been in the past.
Yeah I am, still doing smolov... but I think I am having shit workouts... I dropped the weight by 5% in the last session, and I failed miserably. I was also feeling a bit sick, and doing smolov during a uni day... where I have to walk up a fuckload of stars before I train doesn't help either.
One more week of death... THEN THE MAX!
Enjoy Vietnam, you taking the trip off from training? I think it would be wise and well deserved.
