I was there. Phil looks huge. He's a really nice guy.

I got a signed photo and his new DVD that came out yesterday.

Got some pics but werent good because i used my mobile (even though it is a 8 meg).

lol there only 17 and a half. Because ive got good peaks on my biceps and a nice shape it gives the illusion that my arms are bigger but i didnt think like 2-3 inches!

He did about 10 minute seminar and said that he's planning on being 240lbs shredded come Olympia. Yesterday he sure looked like he would do that.

It was great! He didnt really intimidate me and it helped due to the fact he was so down to earth. He's not my idol or anything but he sure did give me a buzz and inspired me. When my arm was round him, my hand was placed on his rear delt and they kept twitching, there huge lol
