I'm sorry but he looks as great as in the past. I don't see improvements like Dex did over the last offseason (maybe it's the angle of the pics...)

Phil is the man, of course, but IMHO he wouldn't look much different than in his last contest, and for that, I don't get why he did not compete for a long time.

Probably at this point Dex is still ahead of him.

hmm, i dunno about that, his legs have grown and his back has gotten much wider (lat spread) but im still rooting for dex

crazy how these guys can loose so much body fat in 6 weeks...is it really just the diet or do they add some supplements in there while cutting?
