For any guy here who does MMA, boxing, kickboxing or w/e what kind of training program do you guys do? I tried googling this but all that came up was ebooks you had to buy to look at :shakefist:

I dunno much about strength training for martial arts but Rosstraining seems to work quite well for some matial artists.
