Last photos at 83kg from last July:

I think I've added a lot of overall mass but sadly some around the waist too. I'm going to be doing my best to dump bf over the next couple of months with increased cardio, a cleaner diet and less booze. Fingers crossed.

I definitely owe my new leg size to Smolov. They ballooned after the cycle and I had to buy new jeans.

Looking thick. Definite improvements to the legs and back. Arms seem to be roughly the same, or is that just relative?

I think its just relative as I know my tris have grown a bit. I've lost a bit of bi peak (not that I had much) though due to increased bf. Also my chest is a bit softer on top as well, I used to be able to see much more upper/lower chest separation last year. The funny part about all these comments is that I don't even train front/mid delts directly anymore yet they still seem to be such a strong part of my physique.

^^ So probably need to target the arms a bit more to balance them out a bit.

I try to get bi work done twice a week but its always the first thing to get dumped when I'm pressed to time. My tri work is pretty regular but mainly heavy work, a bit more volume might get them growing a little more.

Just to add, since the last pics were taken I've added:
-at least 50kg to my squat, then changed my stance and worked back up again.
-possibly 20kg to my bench (I'm hoping to press 170kg soon)
-and 30kg to my deadlift (soon to be 40kg)
So I'm pretty sure Westside is working for me and not all of the weight gained was bf. :gaysign:

^^ You don't put 50kg on your squat and 20kg on your bench without some muscle gains!!

And a 170kg bench would be fantastic! Next stop a 2xBW bench :turborun:

I'd be stoked if I could hit 200 on the bench by next March, thats just before I fly out of Blighty for good and spend 2 months backpacking. However this might be a bit ambitious of me, the heavier you go the harder it is to make the gains.
