You don't need to lose any more weight. No one at the beach is going to care if you have any more ab definition than you already have.

Tim: No, it's not the Air Force, it's just the gym, diet, and running. The Air Force is full of fatasses. It's really quite sad.

Pain: Thanks, I'll keep that in mind. I won't go too crazy with the diet these last three weeks; just enough to lose what I gained this weekend at my sister-in-law's wedding

I'll post another once I get on teh beach or shortly before. I might go through the posing gambit so I can get your critiques as well. I know I need some more upper chest and traps, and another inch on the arms would be great.

Alrighty, this is about it for me; I'm going to The Melting Pot tomorrow so that's probably the official end of my diet

Not bad. I've learned a little bit for the next time I want to go on a diet. And anyway, it's a helluva lot better than this:

Nice physique something i am working for at the moment.

Next step you'r going to take ? Bulking up or keeping that semi ripped look while adding muscle slow, but steady?
