i just recovered from swine flue i had it about a month ago. i got back into training this week, during that time i lost 9 kilos. so when i got back into it this week i didnt no exactly where to start.
i have done this full body routine for this week, 3 times a week and am thinkin to do it for a 4 week cycle to see how it goes. what do use think, is this what i should be doing or am i wrong?? any help because i never done full body work outs before??
Superset 1 -
5 x flat dumbell bench press / medium grip pull ups
Superset 2 -
5 x squats / deadlifts
5 x db lateral raises / seated db curls / pressdowns
6 x calf raises (2 x feet pointed out / 2 x feet pointed strait / 2 x feet pointed in)
i take about 1-1 and half between sets and no rest in between the excercises. i finish in just under an hour. what do u think???
