I am back, I had to undertake surgery on my nose. I have difficulties with breathing due to the construction of my nose. So that problem is over. I hope to be back on monday, I still feel a little weak. cheers buddies
okay so I felt pretty good today. I still don't have taste, it sucks because I like to eat a lot haha but anyway I decided to do some rehab work to prepare my muscles after the removal of the bandages.

felt pretty good, but I felt the antibiotics , lost around 3 kg of pure muscle. I'll be back though.

felt good, still lots of work on the deadlift. But I am motivated. I drooled around in the city. just walking around, I love it

damn I wasn't to happy with the failiure of the squat. I feel like a beginner :(
Strange thing is, I hit 180 several times before the surgery.
hey, actually I train on instinct but there is a system. For instance if I do 3 sets of 3 repetition of 160 squat, if will do 170 squat next training and so on. Sometimes I like to do a 20-repper.
A few months ago I trained with a strict schedule, with percentages etc etc but I had become to taxing and I simply didn't had fun. Now I train on instinct again :)
