Last Sunday I had a boxing session, it went very good and it was fun. But yesterday I woke up with a sharp pain in my left shoulder. I still went to the gym and pushed 5 x 85 kg but I felt that something isn't right. Maybe I will do some abs and lower back and some cardio but nothing more. I realy hope to be healed up within a week.
my shoulder feels much much better, I still feel that I need some rest. Today I did a light training just to keep the muscles flexible.
160 kg was in my grasp but that is something for next week

Out of the night that covers me,
Black as the Pit from pole to pole,
I thank whatever gods may be
For my unconquerable soul.
In the fell clutch of circumstance
I have not winced nor cried aloud.
Under the bludgeonings of chance
My head is bloody, but unbowed.
It matters not how strait the gate,
How charged with punishments the scroll,
I am the master of my fate;
I am the captain of my soul.
